Dr. Lints is committed to his family, community, and practice in Orthodontics. His wife, Mary, and four sons remain his focus in his life outside his STATE OF THE ART practice in Orthodontics. He graduated from Northwestern Michigan College, Michigan State University and The University of Michigan. Yes, it was 11 years of college!! His practice is based on providing excellent orthodontic care through the concept of good HEALTH, FUNCTION, AND AESTHETICS.
He discusses treatment options with the parent and patient in a modern office surrounded by the best technology available in the United States: 3D Dental CT imaging, self ligating braces to decrease treatment time, and software educational programs to show techniques and treatment approaches. The State of Michigan has 7 Dental CT machines licensed in the state and one of those is in Traverse City! Dr. Lints has invested in your community and his investment has helped many other specialists in dentistry treat their patients with implants, Jaw joint pain or dysfunction, full mouth reconstruction, surgical approaches, and third molar removal.
Besides dentistry, he attends many of his sons sporting events, camps, is an assistant Boy Scout Master, fishes in Grand Traverse Bay with his father, grows blueberries, and enjoys the great outdoors.
