Doctor Lints & Staff,
Everyday you see many patients in your office, with different histories and financial backgrounds. Many probably just need some fine tuning or it’s just the thing to do at a certain age. As a single mom I just wanted to express my thanks to you and your staff for always treating my son and I with respect and dignity whether or not my account was up to date. You all have changed my son’s life, you’ve given him his smile back and his confidence. He doesn't realize what you’ve done for him long term. But I do and I just wanted to say thank you so much! - Blessings Michelle
Dr. Lints and Staff,
Thank you so much for the excellent care you provide for my daughter, Kaitlyn! Every time we have visited your office staff is wonderful. I hope you know that we take extra special care of all your patients! You have a fabulous staff and they are always so friendly. My son Thomas will soon be under treatment at your office and I will look forward to seeing you and your fabulous staff again. Thank you for Kaitlyn’s beautiful smile! Thank you! - Allie & Kaitlyn
Dr. Lints,
I probably appeared a bit sleepy this morning when I met you but I wanted to tell how impressed I was with your office and staff. There was a lot going on in there at 8:00 am yet the entire staff was very, very friendly and cheerful. My experiences as a kid visiting the orthodontist were not one that I looked forward to and you have certainly changed that scenario for the young kids Thank you & congratulations on creating such a nice atmosphere for your customers and employees. - Sincerely, Mike
Dear Ron,
We wanted to let you know that Lizzie was officially dismissed from U of M craniofacial clinic on Nov 29th. As you know, the last portion of her head they were scrutinizing was the lower third including her jaw. When she was quite young, we were told that her jaw would need to be broken when she was full grown—right about now at age 15. When we met with you for the first time, you were both adamant and confident that her case could be handled orthodontically and she would not need surgery. Well, you were right to our delight! Your expertise has resulted in not only a beautiful smile, but a functional one as well. For that we are truly grateful. We also wanted you to know how impressed the craniofacial team was with your work. They were highly complimentary and called it a “textbook case.” Dr. Buchman, head of the clinic, and a plastic surgeon who does not hand out compliments freely, commented that Lizzie’s chin was 3 mm off center and that only he as a plastic surgeon could see that. The orthodontic team heartily agreed. So, hats off to you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts and if you ever need to publish a successful, albeit difficult case, consider Lizzie! Thank you again,
Dave, Terri & Lizzie
